How much does shipping cost?

Flat-rate shipping for all Osmosis product orders is $15.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions or special discounts during select sales and events. Be sure to check our website for current offers.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotions, processing times may take up to 3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days after shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Can I change my shipping or billing address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are unable to update shipping or billing information.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.
